Staging location and time to be determined Starting time for the caravan is at 930Am In light of the current global health situation, The Community Roundtable devised an alternate way to continue this family tradition. Your participation makes this day special. Our Caravan will drive through local assisted living facilities to delight the quarantined residents. The Hillsbough County Sheriff’s Office will be providing deputy escorts. Only cars and street legal roadway vehicles. Saturday, 3 July 2021 City of Plantation Independence Day Parade Plantation Fl City of Plantation Independence Day parade (down Broward Blvd.). The parade steps off at 9am, Staged absolutely no later than 8:30am at the Westgate Shopping Center (NW corner of US 441 and Broward Blvd). If you are interested

Saturday 10 July 2021 Panhandle Region Static Display 10 AM to 4 PM Camp Gordon Johnston WWII Museum Facility Tour, Camp Gordon Johnston WWII Museum 1873 Highway 98 West, Carrabelle 32322. MVPA members and potential members in and near the Panhandle Region are invited to Camp Gordon Johnston WWII Museum in Carrabelle Saturday, July 10 for a tour of the expanded facility, lunch, fun and fellowship. Military vehicle owners are welcome to bring their vehicles but that bringing a military vehicle is not an expectation of the organizers of the event.

Camp Gordon Johnston Museum is located across from Carrabelle Beach in Franklin County. The address is 1873 Highway 98 West, Carrabelle 32322. It is located on the site of the second largest military base in Florida during WWII. The facility trained over 250,000 troops for amphibious warfare in Europe and the Pacific. So many of our local LEO, First Responders, and Veterans in need of help are with being honored, recognized for all they do, but also mental health issues, suicide prevention, and other issues. We want to come together to support them, and also raise money to further the programs that these nonprofits do every day for our heroes.
